Please review our Refund and Returns Policy before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Items opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Food packaging items that have been opened

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items

  • Bulk orders after processing or production has begun

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • A photo of the packaging/box

Once verified, we will provide either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

4. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. Items must be shipped back in original condition and packaging.

Note:
Return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake from our side (wrong or damaged item).

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After that, cancellation may not be possible if the order is already processed or shipped.
